CHAP. 322.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James P. Hurley. June 3, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theJames P. Hurley.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James P. Hurley, private Company G, Twenty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, to thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, June 3, 1896.
