CHAP. 321.— An Act For the relief of Daniel T. Tollett. February 25, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theDaniel T. Tollett.Pension. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Daniel T. Tollett, of Centerpoint, Howard County, Arkansas, late a private in Captain Moore’s company Arkansas Mounted Volunteers, Sabine Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1897.
