CHAP. 321.— An Act Granting a pension to Cynthia A. Lapham, widow of William B. Lapham. June 3, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theCynthia A. Lapham.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of Cynthia A. Lapham, the widow of William B. Lapham, formerly first lieutenant Twenty-third Maine Volunteer Infantry, first lieutenant Seventh Maine Volunteer Light Battery, and captain and assistant quartermaster United States Volunteers, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, June 3, 1896.
