CHAP. 319.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Lucy Alexander Payne, widow of Captain J. Scott Payne, Fifth United States Cavalry. February 25, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theLucy Alexander Payne.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to put the name of Mrs. Lucy Alexander Payne, widow of Captain J. Scott Payne, Fifth United States Cavalry, on the pension roll, at thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1897.
