CHAP. 319.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary F. Davenport. June 3, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theMary F. Davenport.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Mary F. Davenport, widow of Dudley Davenport, late first lieutenant of the steamer Caleb Cushing, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, June 3, 1896.
