CHAP. 318.— An Act Increasing the pension of Jefferson Fueston, of Company M, Tenth Ohio Volunteer Cavalry. June 3, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jefferson Fueston.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll the name of Jefferson Fueston, late of Company M, Tenth Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, June 3, 1896.
