CHAP. 309.— An Act For the relief of John J. Guerin. February 24, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * John J. Guerin, alias John Grant.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the record in the case of Corporal John Grant, discharged as corporal of the Marine Corps at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, December twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, and grant him an honorable discharge in his rightful name, John J. Guerin. Approved, February 24, 1897.
