CHAP. 298.— An Act To give increased pension to General James C. Parrott. May 30, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James C. Parrott.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James C. Parrott, late colonel of the Seventh Iowa Infantry, and pay him pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 30, 1896.
