Luthy.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, under the Act of January twenty-ninth, eighteen Vol. 24, p. 371.hundred and eighty-seven (Mexican war pension laws), the name of Margaret A. Luthy, widow of Franklin Luthy, late of Lieutenant Allen’s detachment of recruits, Missouri Mexican Volunteers, at eight dollars per month. Approved, May 30, 1896.
