CHAP. 294.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eugenia R. Sweeny, widow of Brigadier-General Thomas W. Sweeny, deceased. May 30, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eugenia R. Sweeny.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eugenia B.
Sweeny, widow of Thomas W. Sweeny, deceased, late a brigadier-general, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, May 30, 1896.
