CHAP. 292.— An Act Granting a pension to Thomas Holaday. May 30, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Holaday.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll the name of Thomas Holaday, late a private in Company C, Kimball’s regiment Missouri Volunteer State Militia, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, at the *Proviso.*Payment.rate of twenty-four dollars per month: *Provided,* That the pension herein granted shall be paid to said Thomas Holaday, and that no part of it shall be retained by any authority to reimburse the Government for any pension heretofore paid.
