CHAP. 282.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Clare Kelly. May 30, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Clare Kelly.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Mary Clare Kelly, widow of the late Benjamin F. Kelly, brevet major-general of volunteers, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, May 30, 1896.
