CHAP. 281.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen Kingsley. May 30, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ellen Kingsley.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at eight dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Kingsley, widow of Henry E. Kingsley, late of Company F, Second New York Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, May 30, 1896.
