CHAP. 28.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Fisher. January 14, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Jane Fisher.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Fisher, widow of Henry Fisher, late private of Company B, Seventeenth Kentucky Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1897.
