CHAP. 272.— An Act Granting a pension to Emily B. Muncey. May 29, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emily B. Muncey.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of Emily B. Muncey, Topeka, Kansas, widow of Leonard D. Muncey, late private in G Company of the Forty-eighth Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay to her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 29, 1896.
