February 20, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * That a pension of twelve dollarsMiriam V. Kenney.Pension. per month be, and the same is hereby, granted to Mrs. Miriam V. Kenney, widow of Samuel W. Kenney, during the term of her natural life. Approved, February 20, 1897.
