CHAP. 269.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Watts Kearny, daughter of the late Philip Kearny, major-general, United States Army. May 28, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Theodore V. Purdy.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Theodore V. Purdy, late private Company F, First Michigan Sharpshooters, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars a month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, May 28, 1896.
