CHAP. 268.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Watts Kearny, daughter of the late Philip Kearny, major-general, United States Army. May 28, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Watts Kearny.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Elizabeth Watts Kearny, daughter of the late Philip Kearny, major-general, United States Army, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-live dollars per month during her natural life. Approved, May 28, 1896.
