CHAP. 26.— An Act To grant a pension to Charlotte O. Van Cleve, widow of General Horatio P. Van Cleve. January 13, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Charlotte O. Van Cleve.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of Mrs. Charlotte O. Van Cleve, widow of the late Brigadier and Brevet Major-General Horatio P. Van Cleve, at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, January 13, 1897.
