CHAP. 250.— An Act To carry into effect a finding of the Court of Claims in favor of the estate of George Case, late of Independence County, Arkansas. May 27, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George Case.Payment to legal representatives.That the Court of Claims having found that George Case, late of Independence County, Arkansas, was loyal to the United States throughout the late war, and that military stores and supplies of the value of four hundred and seventy-five dollars were taken from him in said county, by and for the use of the Federal Army, and not paid for, the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to pay said sum, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of said George Case.
