CHAP. 237.— An Act To correct military record of Charles K. Jenree, and so forth. May 22, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles K. Jenree.Granted honorable discharge.That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Charles K. Jenree, late of Company D, FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 237, 247–249. 1896.729First New York Veteran Cavalry Volunteers, and to issue to the *Proviso.*No pay, etc.said Charles K.
Jenree an honorable discharge: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or emoluments shall become due by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, May 22, 1896.
