May 21, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, F. Alberts and Company.Payment to.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of 728FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Alberts and Company, of Muskegon, Michigan, the same being to reimburse said firm for money wrongfully collected from them on a claim timber trespass, and paid under protest, for logs cut from lot one, section thirty, township twelve north, range fifteen west, State of Michigan.
