CHAP. 221.— An Act Donating four condemned cannon and four pyramids of condemned cannon balls to the Soldiers’ Monument Association of Allegan, Michigan.May 21, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Navy Condemned cannon. Donated Soldiers’ Monument Association, Allegan, Mich. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to donate to the Soldiers’ Monument Association of Allegan, Michigan, four condemned cannon and four pyramids of condemned cannon balls for the monument to be erected in said town: *Provided,* That in the judgment of the Secretary *Provisos.* Condition. of the Navy such articles can be spared without detriment to the public interest: *And provided further,* That the United States shall not be Expense. subjected to any expense on account of such donation.
