CHAP. 217.— An Act To remove the political disabilities of Colonel John Taylor Wood. February 11, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), * John Taylor Wood.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed by the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby, removed from Colonel John Taylor Wood. Approved, February 11, 1897.
