CHAP. 216.— An Act Granting to Major C. A. Angel Post, Numbered Twenty, Grand Army of the Republic, of Lambertville, New Jersey, four condemned cannon and twenty cannon balls.May 21, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Navy Condemned cannon. Donated to Grand Army post, Lambertville, N. J. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to deliver to Major C. A. Angel Post, Numbered Twenty, Grand Army of the Republic, of Lambertville, New Jersey, four condemned cannon and twenty cannon balls, for the decoration of the soldiers’ monument of said city: *Provided,**Proviso.* Expense.
That the same can be spared without detriment to the service and that no expense is thereby incurred by the Government. Approved, May 21, 1896.
