CHAP. 211.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ebenezer G. Howell, late a private Company F, One hundred and sixtieth New York Volunteers. May 20, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ebenezer G. Howell.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of Ebenezer G. Howell, late a private in Company F, One hundred and sixtieth New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lien of all other pensions.

[Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
