May 20, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Albert Ellis.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 209–211, 228, 229. 1896.727pension roll the name of Albert Ellis, late of Company K, Twelfth Kansas Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of the pension that he is now receiving under certificate numbered three hundred and one thousand three hundred and fifty-eight. Approved, May 20, 1896.
