CHAP. 207.— An Act For the relief of Christopher Ellis. February 9, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theChristopher Ellis.Granted honorable discharge. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion and grant an honorable discharge in the case of Christopher Ellis, who was a machinist in the United States Navy, and who is charged with having deserted from the United States steamer Nipsic February seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-two. Approved, February 9, 1897.
