CHAP. 193.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Wilson Kale. February 8, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of War be,Wilson Kale.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of, and grant an honorable discharge to, Wilson Kale, of Truro, Iowa, late a private in Company G, Sixth Regiment of California Infantry 796 FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Chs. 193–196. 1897. *Proviso.*No pay, etc.Volunteers: *Provided,* That no payor emoluments shall be clue said soldier by reason of the passage of this Act. Received by the President, January 27, 1897. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
