CHAP. 19.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Martin. January 13, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theMary Martin.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mary Martin, widow of James Martin, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 13, 1897.
