CHAP. 188.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen A. Jackman, dependent daughter of Lieutenant William Jackman, late of Company I, Fourteenth Regiment of Maine Volunteers. May 15, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Helen A. Jackman.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Helen A. Jackman, dependent daughter of Lieutenant William Jackman, late of Company I, Fourteenth Regiment of Maine Volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject otherwise to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
