CHAP. 18.— An Act To place the name of Robert Smalls on the pension rolls. January 13, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Robert Smalls.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension rolls the name of Robert Smalls, late a pilot in the United States Navy, and to pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, January 13, 1897.
