CHAP. 178.— An Act For the relief of Enoch Davis. May 13, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Enoch Davis.Payment to.That the proper accounting officers of the Government be, and hereby are, directed to liquidate and settle the claim of Enoch Davis, late a member of Company G of the Sixth Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, for pay and bounty; and the sum of three hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the amount that may be awarded to him on account of said claim.
