CHAP. 166.— An Act Granting a pension to Mirnm C. Peck. February 4, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mirnm C. Peck.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mirum C. Peck, widow of Hartwell B. Peck, late private Company D, Santa Fe Battalion Missouri Volunteers, in the war with Mexico, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay her a pension rated at eight dollars per mouth. Approved, February 4, 1897.
