CHAP. 159.— An Act Granting increase of pension to John W. Hines. February 4, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theJohn W. Hines.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of John W. Hines, late first lieutenant and adjutant of Fourth Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1897.
