CHAP. 148.— An Act For the relief of John Duncan. February 4, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of WarJohn Duncan.Granted honorable discharge. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue an honorable discharge as of date April thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to John Duncan, late of Company D, Twenty-fifth Missouri Infantry, and to correct his military record accordingly as it appears in the archives of the War Department. Approved, February 4, 1897.
