CHAP. 14.— An Act Granting increase of pension to John Coombs. January 13, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * John Coombs.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Coombs, late a member of Company H, Second Regiment Illinois Light Artillery, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, January 13, 1897.
