CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of John E. Evans. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John E. Evans.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of John E. Evans, late sergeant, United States Marine Corps, on board United States sloop of war Jamestown, on the pension roll at thirty dollars per month. Approved, April 24, 1896.
