CHAP. 135.— An Act Granting a pension to Peter B. Palmenteer. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Peter B. Palmenteer.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter B. Palmenteer, late a private in Company D, Seventh Michigan Cavalry, and to grant him a pension at the late of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 24, 1896.
