CHAP. 134.— An Act To amend an Act increasing the pension of Marcus D. Box. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcus D. Box.Pension.Vol. 28, p. 1029.Restriction removed.That the Act approved February eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, be amended so as to read as follows: “That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll the name of Marcus D.
Box, late a private of Company D, First Missouri Volunteer Infantry, afterwards First Missouri Artillery, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving.” Approved, April 24, 1896.
