CHAP. 132.— An Act To restore to the pension rolls the name of Agnes A. Blackman. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Agnes A. Blackman.Pension restored.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and instructed to restore to the pension rolls the name of Agues A. Blackman, widow of George C. Blackman, brigade surgeon, United States Volunteers, certificate numbered three hundred and forty-six thousand three hundred and twenty-four, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 24, 1896.
