CHAP. 130.— An Act To increase the pension of Elise Blenker from thirty to fifty dollars. February 2, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the pension of EliseElise Blenker.Pension increased. Blenker, widow of General Louis Blenker, late brigadier-general of the United States, be, and the same is hereby, increased from thirty dollars per month to fifty dollars per month, and the Secretary of the Interior, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place her name on the pension roll at the rate of fifty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
