CHAP. 130.— An Act To grant an increase of pension to Elizabeth Deshler Whiting, widow of Lieutenant Henry Whiting. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Deshler Whiting.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Deshler Whiting, widow of Lieutenant Henry Whiting, United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension of twenty-five dollars per month from and after the passage of this Act; and this pension shall be in lieu of that which she is now receiving.
