CHAP. 129.— An Act Granting a pension to Kate A. Pitman. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Kate A. Pitman.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Kate A. Pitman, widow of George Pitman, late a private in Company C, One hundred and second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and to pay her eight dollars per month, the same to be subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 24, 1896.
