CHAP. 128.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew B. Keith. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Andrew B. Keith.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Andrew B. Keith, late private in Company F, One hundred and twentieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and to pay him thirty dollars per month, the same to be paid him in lieu of the pension now paid him of twelve dollars per month, upon pension certificate numbered two hundred and twenty-two thousand seven hundred and eighty-three, the same to be subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect and be in force on and after its passage. Approved, April 24, 1896.
