CHAP. 127.— An Act For the relief of Abraham O. Waucop. February 1, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Abraham 0. Wancop.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and hereby is, directed to correct the military record of Abraham O. Waucop, late captain Company F, One hundred and eighteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, by removing the charge of absence without leave and dishonorable dismissal from the service, and grant him an honorable discharge as of the date of May fifteenth, eighteen *Proviso.*No pay, etc.hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or emoluments shall become due the said Abraham O.
Waucop by virtue of this Act. Approved, February 1, 1897.
