CHAP. 125.— An Act Granting a pension to Joseph Porter. April 24, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joseph Porter.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Joseph Porter, late a private in Company K, Sixth New York Heavy Artillery, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, April 24, 1896.
