CHAP. 120.— An Act For the relief of John Ruhm, senior, Nashville, Tennessee. January 30, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theJohn Ruhm, sr.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John Ruhm, senior, of Nashville, Tennessee, late United States district attorney for the middle district of Tennessee, the sum of two hundred dollars, for services rendered the United States in the case of the State of Tennessee for the use of the United States against W.
