CHAP. 119.— An Act Granting pension to Lena D. Smith. January 30, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theLena D. Smith.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Lena D. Smith, widow of Green Clay Smith, late colonel Fourth Kentucky Cavalry and brigadier-general United States Volunteers, and to pay to her a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the date of the passage of this Act. Approved, January 30, 1897.
