CHAP. 112.— An Act To increase the pension of Joseph W. Fisher. April 18, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joseph W. Fisher.Pension increased.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Joseph W. Fisher, late colonel of the One hundred and ninety-fifth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, April 18, 1896.
